Insurance & Fees

Expanding Access and Creating an Inviting Atmosphere for Transformative Experiences.

With the support of Headway, we accept most major insurance plans for individual therapy. Headway is a behavioral health platform that makes it easier to connect people with providers who accept insurance.

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Clareon Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ, and Quest Behavioral Health for individual therapy.

If you're unsure about your plan's coverage, please reach out, or contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage details and co-pays.

Due to group formats, we are not able to bill insurance.  Fees for groups are set at a reasonable rate and will be discussed during your consultation call.

If your insurance is not listed above, or if you do not want to use your insurance, we also offer private pay. Fees will be discussed during consultation.

  • How do I get started?

Please click on the Get Started Today button and send a request. I will contact you within 48 hours and will schedule a free 15-20 minute consultation call.

    • I'll ask you about why you’re seeking therapy
    • I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist
    • You can ask me any questions that I didn’t cover
    • We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc.
    • If we both decide that it feels like a good fit, then we will move forward with scheduling the first session and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Where does individual therapy take place?

I am currently seeing clients for individual sessions using telehealth services. Telehealth offers convenience, comfort and flexibility. I understand life is hectic and busy, so save yourself the time and frustration of driving and have therapy in the comfort of your home. I use HIPPA compliant software to ensure privacy and require you have a quiet and private space to have sessions.

  • How often will individual therapy take place and how long are sessions?

When first starting therapy, I ask that all clients commit to weekly sessions. This helps us build a strong base and work towards your goals right away. As you get further in your journey with therapy, we will discuss the frequency of sessions based on your needs. In order to maintain consistency, appointments are scheduled and maintained the same time and day each week. Carving out a set time each week will also help with the journey of prioritizing yourself. Sessions can last from 45 to 55 minutes.

  • Where do group sessions take place?

Group sessions for adults are provided via telehealth. Group sessions for children are provided in the community.

  • How often will group therapy take place?

Groups vary depending on your needs and the structure of the group. On average, groups take place weekly and are 60 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for children. Support groups for adults usually are on-going.  SEL groups for children average anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks.
