Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Clinical Supervisor

A note from Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a therapist, mom, and passionate advocate for emotional wellness.

With nearly two decades of experience in hospitals, schools, counseling centers, and outreach programs, I’ve been honored to walk alongside children, teens, and adults in their most vulnerable moments.

My work is grounded in the belief that genuine human connection is at the heart of healing. I strive to create a space filled with empathy, trust, and compassion, where you feel safe to explore your emotions and discover your inner strength.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about having a space to ask the questions, feel the feelings, and grow with support. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.

  • My Passion

I’m especially passionate about working with moms and young children. As a mom myself, I understand how overwhelming life can feel.

That’s why I create space for women to process the pressure, the joy, the exhaustion — all of it. When it comes to kids, I believe learning to manage emotions is just as important as ABCs and 123s. Helping children build emotional skills early can shape their entire future.
