PERSONALIZED TELEHEATLH SERVICES
Connecting you to your pathway to hope and resiliency.
As a compassionate and empowering therapist, I have been dedicated to providing mental health support to children, teens, and adults for 19 years in hospitals, schools, counseling centers, and outreach programs.
In addition to individual therapy, I have designed, implemented, and led parenting support groups and social skills programs for children ages 3 & up.
My goal is to offer a supportive space to process emotions and equip people of all ages with the tools necessary to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
I would love to
connect and support you on your journey to well-being.

I am licensed clinical social worker who brings nearly two decades of experience supporting adults, children, and families through life’s challenges.
My approach is rooted in compassion, connection, and empowerment, using evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a big transition, or just needing a safe space to talk — I’m here to support you with care and clarity.
We know that starting therapy can come with questions — especially about payment and insurance.
At Compassionate Connections, we aim to keep things simple and transparent. We accept several major insurance plans and also offer private pay options for individuals, groups, and supervision.
Not sure what your plan covers? That’s okay — we’re happy to help you understand your benefits, co-pays, and what to expect financially. Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and we’re here to help make it as accessible and stress-free as possible.
